Summary of changes since last snapshot (opensmtpd-201505241924p1):
-----------------------------------------------------------------
- use isspace() in strip() and use strip() in make_aliases() [1]
- autodetect libevent, no need for --with-libevent-dir when in standard paths [2]
- log hostname, port and tag when tracing SMTP
- disallow using twice the same filter instance in a filter chain
- simplify the fd-exhaustion detection and fix a logic issue with it
- if imsg_read() fails with EAGAIN in mproc_dispatch(), don't fatal()
- in smtp_enqueue(), if we fail socketpair() we must not fatal()
- lots of whitespaces fixes
- turn some fatal()'s into log_warnx(), we were overly strict
- when unpacking dns packets, fail early upon unpack failures
- fix memory leak in error code path
- when releasing filter_session, release ioev and ibuf too
- document "senders" and "masquerade"
- make transition of purgedir from 700 to 750 more smooth
- do not unlink control socket in control process, it is done in parent
- switch to 2048-bits dh parameters
