At least this shows that this system is using the new IF-MIB re-write.
But it doesn't give us much to go on.
Can you try following my original instructions - shut down the agent
on this system, and restart it manually ("snmpd -f -Le -DmibII/interfaces")
Starting it manually gives me output:

The one connection there is from isis and was probably MRTG updating.
Maybe it makes a difference, maybe not, but the snmp package that is
installed on this system is the stock rpm install that came with SuSE 10.2.
