This now compiles and links on Linux - uses libxfs and libuuid.
Its a long way from complete though - mainly needs the thread/sproc
stuff to be converted to pthreads (or equivalent) ... but at least
its at the point where gdb can become useful.

Currently the IRIX threading routines are all stubbed out (see head
of locks.h) & will trip an assert if called.

cheers.

The following file(s) were checked into:
  bonnie.engr.sgi.com:/isms/slinx/2.4.0-test1-xfs

cmd/xfs/copy/Makefile - 1.6
	- convert this to be a gmake Makefile, rather than an smake one.

cmd/xfs/copy/locks.c - 1.6
cmd/xfs/copy/locks.h - 1.5
	- just enough to get this file compiling on Linux, no more.

cmd/xfs/copy/xfs_copy.c - 1.18
	- just enough to get this file compiling on Linux, convert over to
libxfs. plenty of porting work to do here (some direct IO stuff,
	  lots of thread stuff).
