Because it is a brand-spanking-new unsupported hybrid bcm43142 card

I also have to install dell's bluetooth package for an updated btusb +
firmware (BCM43142A0_001.001.011.0028.0036.hcd), for bluetooth to
work:
# lsusb | grep Broadcom
