I have read the list entries explaining lease imbalances, but I'm just not
getting it.  My server has HUGE (118729 from 3am to 3pm) amounts of lease
imbalance reports and twice now it has crashed after 2 full minutes of
nothing but lease imbalances.  Can someone please explain what this
indicates and what I can do to clean this up.
