I added optional ident support to klaxon through a compile flag and
an #ifdef. I also put together a Makefile and a README, and included
some stubs for statically linking it for those that do that sort of thing.

What is klaxon? (for those that missed the past discussions).

It's a daemon you stick in unused services in inetd to catch portscanners
like ISS and SATAN doing security scans on your site. It syslogs what
it sees so you can direct the alerts however you want with syslog.
