Hello,

The new IMP 4.2 as well as Turba 2.2 doesn't seem to display the top  
toolbar when using right to left languages like Hebrew and Arabic when  
using IE. In firefox they get displayed fine. The latest Kronolith,  
Mnemo and Nag display the toolbars in IE. Just seems to be IMP and  
Turba.
