The form is correct.
You need to list (on the left-hand side) all the MAIL FROM addresses
that the authenticated user pgeist is allowed to use.
This prevents pgeist from sending mail with other MAIL FROM addresses
into your SMTP server.
This also prevents anyone else from sending mail with pgeist's MAIL
FROM addresses into your SMTP server.
